Loss Adjusters

After you've made your claim notification after an earthquake; independent loss adjusters - who are appointed on behalf of TCIP - will be sent in the shortest time possible in accordance with the management of the process.

The loss adjusters – who prepare the overview and detection reports - are experienced loss adjusters with a working license in the related branch of insurance sector. In order that the loss adjusters can create their earthquake loss reports in line with the insurance standards, they are provided with additional trainings by TCIP.

We would like to remind you that the preparation of the detection reports by authorized loss adjusters carries a great importance in terms of the operation of assurance process. Aiding and providing information to loss adjusters – who are sent in order to make loss assessment - during their examinations in the place of event will accelerate the creation of the report and the indemnity payment processes.

Loss Assessment Procedures

Loss assessment procedures are conducted by loss adjusters who are appointed on behalf of TCIP. The indemnity payments – which are determined as a result of these assessments – are made directly by TCIP.
